There is ever increasing list of foods which increase problems in body, also they can increase risk of body falling prey to cancer or heart problems, however it has to be observed that there is equally a huge list of foods which will help in development of body to live longer life. There are many types of foods which can provide sufficient fiber and vitamins to the body that help in fighting several other diseases like asthma, cancer etc.
  1. Avocado:

    Whenever a topic about heath comes it has to be observed that Antioxidants play great role in fighting this battle of health, however even these antioxidants need glutathione for their proper functioning.
